Shipping Policy

Case 1: Shipping charges that apply when ordered for “Already Framed Paintings” or Painting is shipped in ROLLED CANVAS format-

  • THE CHARGES ARE ZERO. It’s free of cost.
  • Time of shipping can be maximum 2 weeks.

 

Case 2: Shipping charges that apply when “Customized Framing is requested”-

  • The charges depend on the kind of frame selected by the customer for the painting, with glass or without glass.
  • Customer will have to pay the Framing cost and shipping cost, as the shipment will be send by “To PAY” mode.
  • Please note- Price of the painting has to be paid through online.
  • “To PAY” is only for Shipment Charges and Framing Cost.
  • We have tie-ups with leading transportation agencies in India.
  • We assure you of the proper delivery of your ART WORK, at nominal cost.
  • The time of shipping can move up to 3 weeks.
  • Paintings that you choose comes at a very reasonable price, we assure you.

 

General points on Shipping Policy-

Tracking Delivery of Your Ordered Paintings: Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team immediately. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider.

COD Option: We do not have a “COD” delivery system at RAD Art. In case you have still want to pay through COD method, please feel free to get in touch with our customer support team on +91 +91 777-1-880033 & +91 777-2-880033 (10 AM – 6 PM) Or mail us at support@radart.in

Places we deliver in INDIA: We deliver in almost 6000+ pin codes in India, without any extra charges, almost in whole India. We are currently not delivering Paintings outside India

Change in Address: If you wish to change your shipping address, kindly call our Customer Support Team on +91 777-1-880033 & +91 777-2-880033 (10 AM - 6 PM) and tell us your new shipping address.

 

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Case 1: Unintentional Returns

(Shipment Returned on NON availability of Customer)

  • Normally the shipment is delivered to neighbors.
  • But in case if shipment is through “To Pay” mode, than 2 more times the agency will try to catch up with you.
  • You can contact us on our customer care no. or email id and can get it collected from the local area office/centre of shipping agency. (Your painting will stay for maximum 3 days at local level, as after that it will return to our office).

 

Case 2: Returns Intended

(If you want to return the Artwork / Painting)

  • ONLY UN-FRAMED PAINTINGS (Roll Canvas/Paper) ARE ALLOWED UNDER RETURNS POLICY.
  • Framed paintings will not be retuned or taken back. No cash back policy.
  • You get a 10 day trial period, to return the painting.
  • The painting has to be returned along with the packing without any damage or spoilage.
  • Our sales team will analyze the painting and if, all found fit, than your amount will credited to you in your bank account after deducting "shipment charges ONLY".
  • Your returns also will be tracked through emails, calls and by shipping agency.
  • You cannot ask the shipping agency person to give you the cash back; it will be done as per policy through company.
  • For returning the painting, an email from your Radart Registered email id will be required explaining the reason for your returns. Your email should reach us within 10 days of Trail period.
  • Our customer care team will get in touch with you to understand the situation the very next day having received your mail.
  • You will be asked than to courier the artwork back to us, in a proper way with all packaging.
  • Upon receipt, it will be thoroughly checked. If we find, the artwork returned is absolutely fine and in perfect saleable condition, ONLY than your refunds will be processed with in 7 working days from the date of “Returns Request email”, after deducting the primary shipment charges ONLY.
  • The Refund will be made in the same account from which the payment has been made for the order i.e. Credit/Debit cards > In the Same account. For COD or Cheque Or DD payments, refunds will be paid in to customers account through Rad Art Interiors Company account. ( Cheque/Online Transfers.)

 

 Order Cancellation Policy:

  • For Cancellation of order a "Cancellation REQUEST email" only from your RADART registered email will be required. No other ways of communication will be entertained for the same.
  • Orders can be cancelled with in 24Hrs from the Time & Date of placing the order. Cancellation of order will attract 2% as charges Over the BiLL amount Ordered which shall be deducted while refunds ofyour payment.
  • Refund process will be initiated once we recieve your cancellation request and will take Approx. 7 working days.
  • An email confirming your cancellation will be send to you with respect to time/date of cancellation.
