Prospectus: Carnaval d'art

 4th All India Art Exhibition of Paintings at Faculty of Fine Arts, MS University, Baroda.



(A). Venue: Faculty of Fine Arts, MS University of Baroda, Gujarat.

(B). Time: From 11am to 8pm from Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Date: 19th May, 20th May, and 21st' May 2017. 

(C). Artwork can be Send: Paintings.

(D). Age Criteria: 18 Years Minimum.

(E). Important Dates to Remember:

  1. Last date of Registration: 30th, April'2017.
  2. Fee Payment: After Selection of Artworks through email. {Please check Process & Guidelines below i.e. point (H) & (I) resp.}
  3. Last Date for sending Artworks to Radart: 12th May'2017.

(E.i). Registration process for New Participants (Those who are getting associated for 1st Time):

  1. Fill up form online or hard copy.

(H). Process of Selection 

  • Participants have to mail / courier us all details (asked in E.iii) on or before 30th April'2017. 
  • Information of selection will be rolled out within 2 days of recieving artwork details on mail. 
  • Selected participants will than have to start completing rest of the formalities, like final registration, sending artworks, details regarding artworks & Fee payment. 


Will be informed to all selected participants on TIME, along with necessary details.

  • Date of Exhibition: 19th May - 21st May' 2017.
  • Itenary details for Exhibitions, Rewards & Recognition & other associated events will be shared on TIME much before. 
  • If the participants fails to attend the Awards Ceremony than, the same can be collected from our Office.  



---Very IMportant Points Related to Sending of Artworks---

Case 1 - If Artist send artwork as ONLY ROLLED Canvas for Exhibition:

  • Artist has 2 option - either to BUY canvas stretcher from Radart(Actual Cost will be charged) or Take it on Rent(Charges will be 300 for, Providing stretcher frame, Stretching the canvas on Stretch Frame - than removing it after exhibtion)

Case 2 - If Artist send artwork as  ROLLED Canvas along with Dismantle Stretcher BAR for Exhibition:

  • Only Charges will be 150 for, Stretching the canvas on Stretch Frame - than removing it after exhibtion.

Case 3 - If Artist send Artwork as Rolled Sheet for Exhibition:

  • Actual Cost of Fibre Plastic framing will be charged, depending upon SIZE an will be sent to Artist after exhibition. 



(I). Guidelines:

  • Art Size: 36 x 48 Inch. Or Smaller.
  • Artworks can be of any mediums-Oil Color, Acrylic, water, pastels, charcoal, pen, pencil, ink or any other.
  • Categories of Artworks are open-Landscapes, seascapes, portraits, still life, abstract, contemporary, spiritual and regional.
  • All Artworks to reach us in FRAMED way. If glass framed than its not on Radart's Responsibility. 
  • If artwork reach us in rolled form than framing charges will be levied as per norms.
  • All Damaged frames artwork will be repaired and cost be on Artists, with prior informatiom.
  • Artwork if needed to be couriered back, will have to paid in advance for courier charges.
  • We will never send artwork back to artist through transport, so the request for the same will no be entertained.
  • If artwork are send to us through Transport than 100 Rs. will be charged for pick up from cargo office location.
  • Fee per Artwork: 1000/- Per Artwork.
  • Fee Payment Options: (1) Online - See down at bottom on this page.  (2) Net banking / Online Transfers.   (3) Cash Deposits in Bank Accounts. (Bank account details given of 2 accounts, you can choose according to your comfort.) 
  • As always - Special Benefits for Radart Life Members* as are follows: (1 artwork- Rs.800 Only) (2 Artworks - Rs.1500 Only) (3 Artworks - Rs.2000. Only) -- (Maximum Reduction is Rs. 1000 Only for this Event).

(J). Important Points:

  • Registration in competition has to be done on or before respective time lines n dates.
  • Fee is to be paid after the selection procedures are completed and participants are duly informed. 
  • Last Date for Fee Payment is 30th April'2017.
  • Once Fee is paid, it’s neither transferable nor refundable.
  • Selected participants have to ensure that the Original Artwork should reach us on time.
  • Artwork should reach us in proper packed way. Glass framed artworks should be send at Artist's risk.
  • After the exhibition is over, participants have to collect their artwork from the office or exhibition venue within time frame, after which, Radart will not be responsible for any concerns.
  • Radart will never keep Artworks nor shall it charge any amount on sale or any %. 
  • Artwork remains the sole property of Artist and his responsibility.
  • At any point of time, Radart reserves the right to change, alter or decide the policies governing the Art Exhibition.
